Michael Kimbrell

Web Developer Michael Kimbrell has been working to improve the internet since its early beginnings. Starting on an Apple II in third grade to programming a TRS-80 in middle school, it has always been a driving passion to learn about and use the latest technology.

Michael’s first website was written on a Powermac 6100 for the Jazz Club he was running at the time in 1995. He enjoys building websites and has been in the web design business full-time since 2006. Recently he has begun building Apps for the iPhone and iPad.

Michael grew up in Florida and attended several colleges in Florida while pursing a degree in Computer Science and Music. After a visit to Colorado Springs in 1999, he immediately decided to move out west to Pikes Peak. Luckily he was able to land a great job right away as Service Manager at an Apple™ Authorized Service Provider. This gave him customer service experience and a hands on education with operating systems and computer repair techniques.

Besides enjoying spending time with his two sons and wonderful wife, you can also find Michael making music with his various bands, “Velvet Rut” , “The Electric Illuminati“, “The iMaginary Numbers” and “The New Deps“. You may have heard his work on various soundtracks and most recently “The Story Project” theme song.
